Information on the Use of Artificial Intelligence
On our website, we use selected content that has been created or edited with the support of artificial intelligence (AI).
This includes, in particular, visualisations, concept images, renderings, illustrations and individual graphic elements. These are used to illustrate design ideas, materials, surfaces, lighting effects or technical concepts and to visualise projects at an early stage of the planning process.
AI is a tool that helps us communicate ideas – it does not replace our planning, engineering or manufacturing expertise.
What is AI-generated?
We consider content to be AI-generated or AI-assisted if it has been created or modified, in whole or in part, using artificial intelligence. This may include:
Concept visualisations
- Design studies
- Renderings
- Illustrations
- Image editing
- Graphic representations
Such content is intended for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final execution or finished product.
Realised Projects
Photographs of our completed projects, reference installations and manufactured luminaires show actual work carried out by 2F-Leuchten GmbH, unless they are expressly identified as AI-generated visualisations or concept images.
Depending on the project, photographs are taken either by us or by commissioned photographers and are published with the consent of the relevant project participants.
Social Media & Older Content
On our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, individual labelling of every image or post is not always technically or editorially feasible. AI-assisted content may therefore appear without every individual post being separately labelled. For specific information regarding a particular image or representation, please refer to this page or contact us directly.
Content already published on our website will be labelled progressively as part of our ongoing updates. Retrospective labelling of all older content is not intended in every case.
Our Approach
We use artificial intelligence responsibly to support planning processes and to communicate design ideas more clearly.
The development of our luminaires, lighting design, engineering, material selection and manufacturing continue to be carried out by our employees and specialist departments.
Every project is individually planned, technically reviewed and adapted to the specific requirements of the respective construction project.
Legal Background
Since 2 August 2026, the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (AI Act) have applied. This page and the labelling of individual images form part of our implementation of these requirements.
